SCOPES REPORT
Grownate and Publicis Groupe Switzerland are cooperating on the Swiss Consumer Perception of Sustainability “SCOPES” Study together with the University of St. Gallen. Corporate sustainability communication is an essential aspect of corporate branding and social responsibility, but it can be challenging to implement effectively. With SCOPES, the aim is to create a solid foundation for evaluating and optimising corporate sustainability communication. The study consists of two parts completed as a joint effort between the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight and the Institute for Economy and the Environment: First a benchmarking study to evaluate 100 selected companies from the point of view of the Swiss population, represented by over 5000 surveys, followed by a set of qualitative case studies on sustainability action and communication of five top Swiss companies. This is one of the largest studies of its kind in Switzerland.
